WSET: Certified Sommelier
Walter Moore

My primary goal as a wine and spirit professional is to make wine accessible like in the “old world”. My favorite wine revelation moment was in Burgundy in 2002 when I pulled into what I believed was a gas station and instead was for wine jug refilling! People were pulling there cars up and pumping wine like gas into multiple 5 gallon jugs in their trunks. They were drinking wine like water, probably with every meal!! Wine should be that accessible.
